Warranty
All BizSystems computers are covered by the followng limited warranty:
BizSystems warrants the product(s) to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for one year. BizSystems' liability shall be limited to
repairing or replacing, at BizSystems' option, any defective product
which is returned, freight prepaid to BizSystems, according to
BizSystems return procedures. Buyer shall bear all responsibility for
shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit.
Exclusions
BizSystems does not warrant damage due to external causes including, but
not limited to, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power,
failure to maintain environmental conditions within operating range
specified by manufacturer, relocations or attempts to relocate systems,
servicing not authorized by BizSystems, usage not in accordance with
product instructions, failure to perform required preventive
maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not
supplied by BizSystems. Products are not warrantied, implied or
otherwise, as to their merchantability or fitness for a specific
purpose.
The original manufacturer's warranty applies for component
parts, accessories and devices which are not pre-installed in BizSystems
products, unless otherwise specified on the Buyer's invoice
Any sign that the serial number has been altered or tampered with voids
this warranty. Adding or changing components without written
authorization of BizSystems shall be deemed to be a waiver of this
warranty by Buyer and shall render this warranty null and void.
Software
BizSystems ships products that include software that is
licensed free of charge. BizSystems makes no claims or warranties on
software, express or implied, of any kind, including but not limited to the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
to the extent permitted by law. Buyer assumes entire risk as to the quality
and performance of the software. BizSystems is not liable for any damages
including, but not limited to, loss or corruption of data.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
BIZSYSTEMS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY
WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BIZSYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND IN
NO EVENT SHALL BIZSYSTEMS' LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE
PRODUCT(S).
This warranty is not transferrable.
* The number hard drive bays may be reduced by
inclusion of a Floppy or CDrom in the system configuration.
** Price does not include applicable taxes or shipping charges and is
subject to change without notice.
*** Availability is based on a 4 week outlook and means that product
should be available in inventory within 4 weeks.
